Film reviews
A movie review gives indication as to whether or not others will find the movie worth watching. The purpose of most movie reviews is to help the reader in determining whether they want to watch, rent or buy the movie. The review should also give enough details about the movie so that the reader can make an up-to-date decision as to whether to watch the movie or not. At the same time, the review should not give away too much of the essential plot of the story.
One really smart move by the filmmakers was to make Remy and Linguini unable to communicate verbally. Instead, they devise a scheme where Remy puppet-masters Linguini by pulling on his hair. This sets up some fabulous physical comedy and some hilarious moments where Linguini is trying to act all natural when in fact he's not controlling anything. He exclaims at one point, "that was surprisingly involuntary!"
As the Christmas night sermon at the church envelopes the parishioners (including the non-believer Professor) with its magic, Dudley walks away in the snow, leaving behind a world in which a lot of people have realized the love that they were missing in their lives and appreciated the value of immaterial things like courage, joy and compassion.
